Welcome,

The personality inventory you are about to complete contains 280 statements to which you should respond. It is based on the research-validated Five Factor Model (FFM) and aims at describing personality characteristics important in the workplace.

It normally takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete the entire questionnaire.

This is a research-focused instrument and you will therefore be provided with an option to remain ANONYMOUS. However, you will be provided, at the end of the 4^th part, with an opportunity to fill in your name and email address, should you wish to receive a FREE 12 pages personal results report (in English). Reports are generally produced within 72 hours following completion of the inventory. A sample report can be viewed HERE.

IMPORTANT

When responding to the questionnaire, DO NOT overthink your answers. Usually the first answer that comes to mind is the correct answer.
This is a personality inventory, but keep in mind that there is NO perfect personality. Very different personalities are required to be successful in different jobs. As such, respond to the statements in a manner that reflects what you really think of yourself, or of a situation, and NOT how others might expect you to be.
This is NOT a timed questionnaire. Take as long as you need to go through it, but try to do it in its entirety in one seating. Usually 15-20 minutes is a good time frame to set aside.
Try to do the questionnaire when you are in a relaxed state of mind, and NOT under time/deadline pressure or just had an argument with a colleague, friend or family member.
The questionnaire is currently available in 3 languages (English, French and Chinese), for most accurate results, please select either your NATIVE language (even if you are fluent in another of the two languages remaining) or select the language you are MOST COMFORTABLE working with.
